Getting rid of penny batches would also likely have other advantages. The throttle on popular batches would drop, because inefficient workers would take more time per task, so the entire worker pool would have a better chance at grabbing at least some work, the better hourly pay would encourage workers to perform the task more carefully to reduce low quality work.

For the CI example, the CI could include a 6th very obvious AC drawn from a small pool of AC tasks; if you work consistently you'd quickly be able to memorize all of the ACs, while people who are just randomly submitting work would get caught and given a block, freeing up more work for honest workers.

I prefer the 1:1. Cap quicker, no worry about ignoring, they can't just simply add more images w/o messing something up. If you already have multiple, its easier to add another since you already have the logic for it. RnR for example, they just add an extra image or two here and there.
