I know you will appreciate this. I am currently eating burned cookies because I put a sheet tray of cookies into my pizza oven today then proceeded to make focaccia dough while portioning and rolling baguettes while also having bread boules in the oven. By the time I remember the damn cookies and peeked in the oven all I could think was, “I deserved this, flew too close to the sun” couldn’t serve ‘em but couldn’t bear to throw ‘me out either!
