    At the beginning, they told me my points would be converted to .15 per point.
    Cons:
    Time waiting at the beginning for other players. A lot longer time spent waiting for others after making my decision. Then, at the end, they told me that my 10 points were worth 0.00 each and I would receive a bonus of 0.00.

    The conditions aren't great for selling right now anyway. You want to hold out through the recession and wait for the market to come back. Maybe invest some in capital improvements to get her value up.
