I don't think that really applies though - people without children don't usually have the slightest clue of what it's like to raise children.

People who haven't divorced still usually know what it's like to be utterly heartbroken and have the end of a relationship send you into misery. I've had that with normal relationships that didn't need lawyers to dissolve. I wouldn't be able to face the possibility of going into another situation where that was a possibility...I don't have that mental strength.

Some do, and may whatever gods y'all believe in bless them for it. I just don't
