    Odd enough when I started drinking coffee I just started losing weight like mad so..not sure what the deal is. Maybe it's because I stopped drinking so much soda and traded it out for coffee and it's slightly better for me.

    I can't live without caffeine...I am a horrible person to be around if give it up. I did it for like a month and my wife started forcing coffee on me because she had considered smothering me with a pillow while I sleep.

    Pros:
    Pretty straight forward- check the boxes of the stuff that's in the image. This was my first one and I took my time, but I still don't think they're going to get much faster- at least, not to the point where they'd be worth it.

    I thought I would die the first week. But, I was using 4-5 big bottles of creamer a week. Which was an extra 9000 calories. I had never figured it up before. I would rather drink coffee than eat. But it sure wasn't helping my waistline any. :emoji_joy:
