The first one I ordered didn't decompress correctly.. it was like a tiny corner had a dent in it, truthfully I totally could've just used it as is but I called and they mailed another one out almost overnight & said someone MIGHT come to pick up the old one if I really wanted them to trash it for me.

And that was some shitty chinese knockoff amazon brand years ago. I'm sure those companies that can charge extra for name recognition really don't give half a crap lol.

Okay, I was lazy before. But I actually Googled instead of going off memory. Google tells me Leesa is in over 88 West Elm stores, so that's likely their target market more than Pottery Barn (West Elm's big brother).

The advertisements I've seen don't seem to care about returns, but hopefully you can try Casper or Leesa out beforehand to reduce the likelihood you'll have to return.
