Couple other things you can toss in, but in my long life of cycling off caffeine the hard way every few months this is the only non-prescription thing (besides sleep) that makes a notable difference. I tend to sleep like 14 hours the first day (which is more a condemnation on my caffeine adjusted sleep debt than anything), and all physical symptoms are totally fine after 1-2 days. Actually y'know it'd be interesting to try starting the rr 3 days before cycling off but I just made that idea up it probably has no real merit
