I did this one when it was up a month or so ago, and I couldn't get into the shop either. I took a screenshot of the last part I got to, showing the open chest and the closed door to the shop, and I emailed the requester. He was super nice about it and was glad to get the screenshot, and sent me a compensation hit for the full amount.

 

It's been a while since I did this one, but it was around a half hour for me at the time. Maybe he added more onto the game.

Also, Ryobi gas powered tools suck. the carb fell apart while I was swapping fuel lines. So dropped another 300ish on a tool we have to have out here.
