I was in Spanish in college and was trying to tell a Venezuelan student I was smart, totally couldn't remember how to and came up with "Mi cerebro is mas fuerte." He gave me a really confused look and just laughed. So strong brain does not equal smart apparently :emoji_smirk:

look for a video but remember if your doing it yourself your hands will be backwards i.e hands above braid working down, fingers pointing down (atl east mine are) and sitting in a straight backed chair that come half way to 2/3 up your back makes it easier so does slightly damp hair

As a dude I can tell you how *I* learned to do it - yarn.
it makes it loose, yes, but it lets you see what you're doing and how it comes together.
I learned to do it so when i'm braiding rope for camping. It holds better than a 3 strand braid.

I did...and I'm still confused lol. So I didn't know if there was one that was better than the others, or tips, etc. Like the straight back chair (I was going to do mine standing up) and slightly damp hair (good to know that's useful, I was going to contemplate digging out the hair dryer).

I don't do girly often, but i want to try tonight.

    Shit..
    I didn't think of this.
You can apparently learn Opera and how to drive to a McDonald's at 8 years old by watching YouTube....
You should EASILY be able to learn french braiding.

    I agree with this.
I could never figure out french braiding until I dreaded my hair. It's much easier to work with something rope-like than loose hairs, especially if you're learning.

I don't know how to do that either unfortunately, but for a wedding I was in recently, I did a side ponytail and tucked strands around to hide the ponytail part to make it fancier. It's really easy.
