    I am not exactly sure, but it was definitely less than a week. I just remember being surprised we had a check as quickly as we did. One of the reasons we went with them is because they have no limits on payouts like a lot of the other pet insurance companies. We have spent a fortune on cancer treatments and kidney disease treatment for three different dogs (they were not eligible for insurance by the time they were diagnosed, which is why we will always have pet insurance now).

    Good thinking. No one does more food research than Purina. I personally feed Purina Pro Plan or Royal Canin. Even Science Diet had issues with excessive amounts of vitamin D recently. The most popular dog food rating website online recommends grain-free foods. It is run by a dentist :/

    No, Actually the yard is in dire need of mowing which it will get this week but I do not use any chemicals inside or outside of the house. She is just very slow and acts a little tired. Her breathing is fine. She laid in the sun (which she never does in this spring weather) and I know that it is hot to me and I know it had to be very hot to her so I went out and got her to come inside. Blues Wilderness (link) was voted best by all of the Rottweiler associations I belong to and I HAVE been paying a fortune for it. What food do you recommend for her? I know a lot of people feed their Rotties raw but I cant afford that and dont have the time to do it
