At least once a month both my internet lines go completely down. Then at least once every two weeks, one or the other of my lines go down. I have to call them each time and they "see no outages in our service area" but it miraculously comes back on as soon as I hang up with them.

I assume you're attempting to reset your router and modem before calling them? We had the same issue for a while. 80% of the time a reset on our side fixes it.

Oh yeah. We've done everything. We have a separate router for each line. I've restarted my computer, reset routers, AND stopped myself from throwing my fist through the screen of the monitor.
