    It could have possibly been quicker.
    Cons:
    When they gave me the completion code for the chat I ended up putting it in the survey code and submitted it, but somehow I caught the hit in another window and was able to complete it successfully. I am going to contact the requestor and hope they can fix it, but I'm not holding my breath. I am expecting a rejection off of one because I got confused.
