    This background check company I am dealing with for my new job is frustrating. They have to personally contact every single person I've worked for in the last 4 years. I've told them that some are actually impossible due to shutting down/being technically independent contract work and they are wanting a ton of proof for each one with documents that only my Dad has(exiled so literally no way of getting them).

    Hoping the company itself is understanding since my most recent employment for the last 2 years has verified and gave me glowing recommendations.
