If anyone got an email to do the follow-up 'Innovation and Performance Survey (T2)(~ 20 minutes)' HIT... it in no way takes 20 mins. I just completed it in 5 min, and I was going slow! I was reluctant to invest the estimated 20 mins. of a lazy Saturday morning to do it, but it was extremely easy and quick. Go for it - jump in and get it over with!
