yeah, i was half-right, they threw the book at them for everything they could, i just didn't consider why (besides that they deserve it). if they charged x, they could determine it was y instead, and the x goes out the window, that makes total sense. throw the whole damn alphabet at them.

one thing that has me concerned is why they took his mattress. they showed both sides on tv and there wasn't any blood. i'm horrified thinking they'll test it for sexual harassment. i know they have to, but...

i read that she has an older kid who lives with her mom, and the younger one was taken out during this whole ordeal obviously. and the dog was rescued from the home. i'm just trying to list positive things because it's all so sad.
