    To be honest I don't understand how it could have been incorrect. I have contacted the requester.

    Update:
    The requester replied and said the code I entered did not match the ones generated by the survey. It also stated that "I" didn't submit the survey. I have a strong feeling that this wasn't a problem on my end.

    I would advise to venture at your own risk.
