You can add your bonus to Tracker manually but there is no automated way. To be automated it'd have to scan your emails for the bonus email to know which hit/req it belongs to and that isn't something I plan on adding. At best I could add an alert that tells you that you have new bonus money and how much it is but not where it came from and it could be from more than one bonus if two or more landed in quick enough succession.
