80% of it is just passive listening, good for enjoying a cup of coffee.
No writing
New requester but had everything setup very well. Formatting was nice (demos a bit long), code generated fine, consent info at the start if you want the school/contact stuff.
Cons:
Made my dog howl, had to toss on headphones to complete.
Could take a good bit longer if you can't complete the back half quickly.
