05/03 - Finally Friday!

I willingly read the end of end game on purpose. Have not watched any of them in years so I figured I'd check out what was going on. Glad I did because I know I'm not missing out on much *waits to be berated*

 

Yeah I kinda feel that. I like to think (maybe pretend) that things have changed since GoT - no character is safe. As opposed to when we were younger and plot armor trumped every villain. Also what @tricker said.

 

After I bought my house I had the run to my bedroom (furthest from the unit) replaced with a larger duct that was insulated, and dampers put in to better balance the airflow throughout the house. We are just a single story but there is no insulation on the south side walls of our house. My bedroom wall on that side is next to the carport so shaded, but son's room and the kitchen are not so those walls can get darn hot in the summer. I've hung bamboo shades from the eves to help cut down on this.

If I had more money I'd have insulation shot into the walls and heat reflecting stucco put on all exterior walls, but that's a pipe dream at this point.

I also have no special room for computers. They're all in our very huge living room, but that's north side of house and shaded by a few trees and the unit sits right on top of that, so it stays pretty cool there effortlessly.

In roughly 3 weeks, this will be our home for 7 days and I CAN'T WAIT!!! We're going to be camping more, but we always go for 7 days once school is out to really kick off summer (it's always our anniversary trip also since that's the time we got married).

So @ChrisTurk you better stop with the voodoo or your child will be showered with the most obnoxious toys for the next 18 years, and so on and so on for the next 5 generations. So shall it be.

 

Eh, even w/ GoT you could tell me the the space men come in and nuke westeros and I'd still watch it 'cause I wanna see if visually happen lol.

To get to spoiler levels of detail I'd have to willfully keep reading stupid stuff. I get it for some folks it messes things up, I'm just a "gotta see it with my own 3 eyeballs" kinda guy
