    Cool feature. My humble script that I wrote for myself is nowhere near as sophisticated as QBC, but I did find it necessary to add a similar feature.

    I finally got QBC installed on a different PC, but I can't see where you adjust the settings for the catcher, like where and how do I adjust if I want to catch HITs over $1 for example, or how frequently I want it to run? I don't see this in the instructions.

    This is not the case, unless you were on some weird survey software. Normally that sort of info is stored in a session cookie and will be reset when that cookie is removed/expires.

    You can but you run the risk of more PREs.

    Basically, think of Mturk as a narrow doorway and each scripts/app/etc. is a person trying to go through. The more scripts you run, the less times a specific script will go through the door (i.e. check/work on Mturk) making them less effective.

    This especially applies to ones that check Mturk a lot like QBC or Panda Crazy or HIT Finder.

    Ones that just sit there and do nothing until you hit a button are usually fine since they don't try to go through that door until you want it to.

    Again thanks for this. — Question: "L Lemon" remembered some script(s) that could turn a button back off. I don't know what scripts those may be, but I wonder: Do you suppose such scripts could be able to affect that cookie-based state? – I supposed not. I supposed that such scripts might merely edit the state of the button itself on the page, but without affecting any already recorded state (which as you've informed me is cookie-based). – If such scripts can not only just turn off the button itself, but also reset or remove that stored state value in a cookie, then those scripts are cooler than I thought.
