    No worries, ergonomics is a massive industry, and for a good reason. RSI related injuries cost companies millions every year. Where I work, our call centers are extremely adamant if you're caught doing unergonomic things repeatedly, they will separate your employment.

    People stopped using the roller ball mice because they had mousing distance trackers...and people would just spin the ball when bored, jacking their scores up.

    I have a logitech g102 which is made specifically for handlets and it's pretty good, and not that expensive compared to other gaming mice either. Having an L desk also helps.

    I have small hands, too. I wear a size 4 1/2 or 5 ring. It is a pretty expensive mouse, but it saved my wrist. I was unable to work for a couple of weeks because it hurt so much and I was getting spasms.
