yeah, what does that have to do with it? requesters still reject work all the time and they are entitled to do so at will. it's not my problem if the requester doesn't reject when they are getting scammed, but it becomes my problem when the requester gets scammed, pays for the work anyway, and then has to pay less to the good workers because they paid scammers.

ps i don't have this qual so i don't have an iron in this fire
