    I've never had problems with them. They're basically the middleman between you and the restaurant, so any issues would most likely be the restaurants fault...but you take the problem to grubhub and they take care of it. It is a good way to find new places in the area. Most of my orders are for pick up, because I'm stingy and don't want to pay the tip plus the exorbitant delivery fees they have around here.
