first time I've ever had three in my queue at the same time but screened out on group a

 

hi everyone been very busy these past few weeks and mturk was dead for me but settling down and hopefully get back into the swing of things

 

Ugh, got a notice on my door yesterday saying that I owed my base rent from April, but somehow the notice said my pet rent, water/sewer, and internet (Verizon FIOS billed/paid directly through the resident portal) portions from April had been paid. This was despite the fact that I paid my entire rent at the same time, so it was a total WTF?

The head person wasn't in the leasing office yesterday, so I went downstairs about 2 hours ago to see if he was in. After reviewing my ledger on his computer and calling the customer service line, it turned out that the base rent wasn't credited due to paying my April rent on March 31st it was considered pre-paid rent. Somehow only the other parts of my rent were credited, just not the base rent. The customer service center said they were a backlog of billing tickets, so it would take a while for them to get back to the leasing person but at least it was acknowledged that I had paid my entire rent. Now I just have to make sure to pay my rent on the 1st or 2nd of the month in order for this hopefully not to happen again. At least I got to play/pet/keep occupied his cute and super friendly Yorkshire terrier.

I've been grinding the SwagBucks/MyPoints gaming apps in my down time here. Trying to stay somewhat productive. Really starting to feel like panhandling would be a better way to spend time than on MTurk. I could never though, just a comparison lol.

 

In keeping with the theme of drama, all the studies about AI are killing me. Softly. With Ai generated songs.

Thanks for the tip! I got that one and it was fairly easy. The forced waiting periods were annoying but not too long.
