I sleep with my bedroom window cracked all year round.

I have old timey crank out windows, and the ones in my bedroom aren't a crank...they have a handle and five different "slots" you can drop the handle into, then the handle collapses so you can't reach in and move it easily. Basically, it's open like 1.5", it's made of metal with small panes of glass, and even if you get the screen off and reach in the handle has collapsed so you can't open it easily.

It's just easier to break glass, lol, and in that case no windows are safe!

I know. I'm traumatized. I always thought I could spell.

 

I'm surrounded by people pulling down their masks to spit on the nearest cherry tomatoes. Ain't nobody got time to read ingredients.

 

I was wrong. When I'm wrong, I say I'm wrong. (bonus points if you catch that reference)

I griped about RJ not getting the actual covid test when they told me to take him home and treat him as if he had it. I had a fit. Well...today I had to go for my pre-op surgery appointments. They had to give me the covid test. It was BRUTAL. They said they were getting false results because they weren't going back far enough. So they had to go back farther and down further than they were doing. I 'bout come up outta my chair. It was AWFUL. I retract my irritation. I am SO glad RJ was not subjected to that. Surgery is Tuesday...I have to quarantine til then. Gladly will do so because I certainly don't want to go through that again.
