Might be worth just redoing the entire page again and hoping it works. It was an instant approval which shows they dont check answers... but that shouldn't encourage just muffin the page in retaliation for a broken submit page. Either way, given the wage and hourly, i would just redo it. If it fails to submit again, then you got issues.
