FYI, you can just open your email in one tab, do a mturk bonus search and go down your list of bonuses in TV in another tab. I've verified most of my bonuses that way and it works fine.

 

Chromium deficiency is always my first guess. Replace breakfast with a Waldorf salad with plenty of black pepper, replacing iceberg with romaine and plain yoghurt instead of mayonnaise.

Idk if I tested for Chromium but did lab tests recently and everything was good. My doctor said I'm on the extreme opposite of diabetes(which seems to be related to Chromium deficiency) and my kidneys are super effective. My diet is pretty bad though, mostly pancakes, PBJ, apples, oranges, sometimes spaghetti for dinner or eggs & hashbrowns for breakfast. I only drink water and never eat fast food for what its worth. Salad does sound good though, but not as good as pancakes

 

Pancakes are a trigger food. I would not be able to stop until I was overly stuffed. RIP.

Sounds amazing! I usually only make 2 pancakes. I did recently make waffles with pancake mix that someone suggested here and it turned out fantastic! I might do that again today. Still haven't eaten yet so maybe I'll have a waffle & pancake fiesta for brunch/dinner later and see how many I can eat
