There is no such thing as secret batches. They will always get out eventually. Somebody will notice them, another person....then they become nothing exciting and are gone within a blink of an eye. Anybody can you tell you that the only thing hurting the "ecosystem" is your personal work ethic. (Not you personally, but an individual's work ethic). There is either work to be made or there isn't, and if there is - you better be out there getting it, or somebody else will.

That is why you use what I call "weaponized batches" tell people about the popular batch that is decent being up while you work on the batch that people haven't discovered yet.

They have always - always - had a mix of 50/15 (or w/e PFA's rate was) and 15/15 batches. 50/15, so long as the servers hold, are still easily >$10/hr - which is beyond fair pay for looking at some google earth images.

The rest of your post is simply not welcome here. If you want to moderate discussion go downvote people on reddit or hoard your pennies to yourself in silence. I seriously don't understand the point of campaigning against batch discussion at this point, if you haven't learned its pointless by now you're the dense one.

How do the people who know about the secret batches find them?

This has less to do with turkers and more to do with business practices. Why milk the cow when you can get it for free sort of thing. A good requester will always pay an appropriate wage regardless of the hype, and remain ethical in its doings.
