    Is anyone having problems with hits not submitting? mturk says the hit was submitted, but it'll still be in my queue, so I'll have to submit it again and then contact the requestor about the duplicate submission.

    I haven't seen that happen on worker outside of getting logged out on submit but even when that happens it normally submits correctly for me.

    mturk turned auto accept next for everyone. Are you sure that it isn't just that?
