I bail. I've had a couple instances of submitting with my ID and then finishing it and mailing the requester with both the completion code and my ID explaining the situation only to get a rejection for 'wrong completion code'. It's generally not worth the time unless it's a high paying task as well imo.

I've had this go both ways for me - I submitted a hit with my worker ID then emailed the requester my ID and the completion code and had it approved and have also had hits rejected when doing this. Sooo It is not usually worth the possible rejection and waste of time unless it is a high paying hit or I have done work for the requester before and know they will approve it.

I have seen some requesters include a note in the directions that this is acceptable. If you prefer this to people bailing you might want to consider this.

 

If you see a guy with his arm in a sling asking for help... don't trust him.
