    Molson Ex is a pretty solid non-craft ale.

    For some reason, I found it to be my beer of choice when my hockey games were early in the morning. It went down about as good as you can expect any beer to go down at 9am lol

    nah I've had 'good stuff' and it all tastes like shit until you can't taste the alcohol in it at all.. and at that point I'll just get some craft soda instead.

    I tend to prefer me a good Belgian trippel, but If I'm looking for inexpensive/easy to find/easy to drink -- you can't beat Molson. It's the cheapest drinkable beer around here that isn't under 5%.

    If you actually live in Toronto, Steam Whistle is pretty good any time of day. Plus, you can go the brewery for some free pints before a game if you can actually afford tickets.
