WOO. after 4 months of unemployment i've been offered a job as a sales account executive at a local TV station. i'm so fucking stoked to land a job that i am actually looking forward to doing. thank god for mturk during the past few months to pay for my necessities so i didn't have to accept the first shitty job offer that came along.

 

Was about to get in on them since I missed most things today

 

How are you going to deal with the pay drop after you leave your cushy mturk job?

Yep, a lot of this changed for me when I became a father. Kids kind of hold a mirror up to your soul, and at least make you think about why you do certain things. I *try (and I must emphasize TRY) to act in a way that I can explain to a 3 year old and still hold my head high, and even better, when they mirror that behavior, there is no better feeling.
