I just caught one about an hour ago. I was able to complete and submit it without issue.

 

I couldn't see the images, and Mturk wouldn't let you click the Submit button unless you answered the questions. I used the It's Broke script to submit it without answering questions, hope that I get my whole dime for it.

Saw this in a consent form for a survey. Wish more requesters would do something like this.

"Also, throughout the survey, there are two attention check questions. We will ask you to pay closer attention to the survey if you fail the attention check for the first time. However, we will discontinue your participation without compensation if you continue to fail the attention check for the second time. "
