    Dear Research Participant,

    We are sending this email to inform you that you are eligible to participate in the Stress, Anxiety, and Mood Study (SAMS) follow-up surveys. Congratulations!

    The follow-up surveys are similar to the survey you completed with us last week, but much shorter. Each follow-up survey will take roughly 1.5 hours to complete. There will be four follow-up surveys in total – one every three months over the next year. You would receive $15 for each follow-up that you complete. You would earn $60 if you complete all four follow-ups.
