    SO Here is a Note from the new CEO from PaperKarma.. though I am not sure how to do the whole Turk Opticon thing so I will post here:

    Thank you for sending me this. I am PaperKarma's new CEO. We will reverse these by Friday.

    The issue is PaperKarma was shut down by the previous owner on March 27, and the integration with Mechanical Turk failed in the meantime. There were many backlogged HITS from what we can see. Fixing this integration is our final step prior to relaunch.

    Likely you received these messages today in bulk, as our developers are seeking to fix various connections.

    It would be helpful if you could also post this message to the Turk Opticon board, I'm sure you are not the only one affected by this.

    Things I've Done While Bored or Waiting on Pins/C-SATS Cuz I Effing Hate Surveys:

    1. Look at the mTurk Wiki on TH
    2. Search TH for hits I've heard of mildly and want to know more about
    3. Search TH for answers to questions I have because they've been asked before (trust me on this one)
    4. Wander around other parts of TH that isn't the daily thread (OMGZ! Ikr?!)
    a.) Look at the scripts section
    b.) Look at the requester section
    c.) Welcome new people in the new peeps section
    d.) Look at any of the side non-mturk fun sections
    5. Add "qualification" to OW as a search term

    That's all I got for now. :D
