    Just about every day lately.. Quick sessions during the week and longer ones on the weekend

    Done it for 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in the evening the past week. Really done wonders for my mood and general happiness. Been doing it on and off for years though.

    I don't feel alert until I've had coffee, and once I have the coffee buzz meditating is difficult. You don't find that you're too foggy to meditate straight out of bed? I've been thinking about trying to implement a new waking habit where I do sun salutations and 10 minute meditation before anything else.

    When I meditate in the morning I try most of the time to keep the eyes half-open. In the evening I close them though.

    I do ten minutes twice a day, too. Any longer than that and my back kills.

    I've been out all day and just got home. I was watching the forum this morning and saw the posts about the $13 and $5 tweet hits. I did one this morning around 7:00 and it is still pending. Received no bonus or email from him.

    Got a bonus of $1.57 on the captch challenge hit.

    I don't feel that foggy first thing... used to have terrible insomnia and I was useless for the first hour but I sleep much better these days so :dunno:

    I should really get back into yoga and meditation. Kinda limited til I find out what's wrong with my lumbar spine and fix it tho. I'm very irritable and sleep poorly without it daily.

    Half open eyes are good. I really benefit from moving my body ASAP after waking up though. Yoga is good because its moving meditation essentially. Why is it so easy to neglect good habits?

    Once a day before bed and usually once some other random time during the day when I need it. Always really struggled with it until I stumbled upon the Headspace app a few months ago and finally found something that worked.

    It's great. Like a massage but for your brain :D :ba:

    I started meditating more than 20 years ago. It was a tremendous help in getting over my anxiety problems.
