    Does that inhibit you? I make extreme concessions when I meditate. In some ways I worry that that disqualifies me, but I cannot spend the session thinking about or trying to keep me eyelids at half mast.

    Not necessarily. It's better to focus on something passively in the distance if that helps you as well. I haven't noticed it inhibit me. If it does bother me though, I would use the sleep mask I have and just keep my eyes open with it covering them.

    Its not about need for me, its growth. Discovering things outside that comfort zone. When a lot of really smart, talented, or otherwise successful people use a tool it is worth at least exploring, getting familiar with, and possibly picking up to put in your own toolkit.

    Yoga can be so gentle though. And there are a lot of people who like to help with that sort of thing. I'm not a particularly warm hearted person, but even within my realm of 'Pick up your game!' I can see good advice. Yoga is the gateway exercise.

    My husband was asking me about how to sign up for mturk so I showed him. He was then asking me questions about hits so I logged onto my account from his computer to show him, but it looked so different without all my scripts I was confused for a minute. He had asked me how to accept a hit and I'm all like where the hell is the accept button :emoji_upside_down:

    You don't have to just meditate. There are other ways to clear your mind. You can keep a diary to reflect on your day and your actions. Anything that helps you clear your mind is good for you.
