The correct answer is you use two kinds of cheese, one for the top bun, one for the bottom. Melt ANY topping that may cause sliding between one or the other cheese and bun. Everything else is up to you

Raw tomatoes are a big nope for me. I'm all over cooked tomatoes, though. And sauces and salsas. Anything but straight up raw.

Pico de gallo somehow falls under the salsa rule for me, even if it's raw tomatoes. I will scoop that by the spoonful. I don't know, I don't make the rules, I just eat what my mouth wants me to.
