    It sounds like it was pretty minor so fingers crossed they aren't major jerks!! I am so trusting that I never expect people to do things like sue for no reason. Let it happens... Keep us up to date on what is happening. And just remember the most important thing is your daughter was not hurt!

    I am hoping they won't but you never know. Thanks and I will do. Also I agree. I just really feel bad for her because she was feeling happy (she even told me) and it just crushed her spirit. :(

    Thankfully no, but since it was our vehicle I guess everything goes through our company! Our insurance company called the other day to check if my husband had been served. When he called back to say he hadn't, they said they didn't they he would be, and that was not normal, but they have to make sure. It is just a big mess.

    Awww, that makes it even harder. Honestly get out there driving with her and get her confidence built back up. I was in a really bad accident when I was 21. The paramedic that arrived at the scene ended up knowing my step brother and I guess when they saw my car they just assumed it would be a "dead on arrival". I didn't drive for awhile after that and to this day I don't like driving. I do it, but I would be happier if I didn't have to! Get her back out there as soon as possible.
