Ohh! I have an icecream maker too! Doing It.

 

I had a strawberry mint vinaigrette I used to have on menu. I topped grilled salmon with heirloom tomato slices and that vinaigrette. It was really good but it’s been a few years so I’d have to look up my recipe

 

Honestly haven’t done as much with mint as I should because the owner of my restaurant is allergic to it
