You can also get cheaper ones from Japan for ~$80 but the material won't be as good. (Cuddly's are cheap and have higher quality material but they aren't importing them)

You can get bootlegs on the cheap obviously but those will be stolen artwork printed on cheap material.

Windows actually does that. Drag a window to the side until you see the half horizontal plot come up and let go. You may have to take it out of maximum window mode to do it sometimes though.
