Plus, if stuff is in a trust, then they can't go after that, either, as long as none of the beneficiaries take the assets out of the trust. Or, do something smart like sell any assets in the trust prior to the lien being placed...

edit: or that's my experience and I've had 7 people die in the last 5 years.

Ya but sometimes it's nice to forget your problems for a while.. i dont have anything too serious mainly caused by just leaving the country with no notice.

 

I have one that has found me and I enjoy telling them a few times a week to fuck off over a couple tickets given to me while I was homeless and trying to sleep. They get real quiet when I tell them why the county of santa barbara wants money from me.
