I wouldn't suspend it but I would somehow put like a large notice on it of why it's garbage. If someone gets enough garbage reviews or is hated as hard I think you could have it give a big red notice or something?

Oh see that's not how I interpreted that but I can see what you're saying. I think it can be a problem if you start just removing/suspending TV pages based on things that are deemed terrible but obviously it's your platform. I personally think the best way would be something like that image with maybe a link to a fully explained blog post of why they are so bad and you shouldn't do them? Though I think a lot of people wont see anything on the TV requester review page like that. You might have another location or notice for it?
I'm just kinda pissing in the wind so take me with a grain of salt. I don't figure the people who are working on billings are going to be the kind of people to pay attention to any warning about why they shouldn't. Then the people who heed the warning were the people who already noticed his ratings were garbage so adding more warnings doesn't matter.
