    I wonder if you will actually get more or less than with the CR fuckery on MTurk, if it will be even more manipulated. I'm really surprised MTurk hasn't booted them yet since they are now trying to take requesters away from MTurk.

    Pretty sure nobody actually works at Mturk. It's just some servers in a basement somewhere funneling pennies into Bezos' pockets.

    Not the first time this has been tried and I seriously doubt that it takes much away from Mturk even IF they were paying attention. More people probably drop out because of things other than attempted poaching to platforms that are mostly closed. They also probably have a waiting list miles long of people to take up those slots.

    More requesters are waking up to the CR nonsense. I've lost any respect I had for Amazon / MTurk since they turned a blind eye to CR basically creating their own system within the system that throws the standards set by MTurk out the window. If anything, CR is turning people away from themselves and MTurk. There will always be requesters who want "made to order results" and call that real research.
