    I haven't really been keeping track of surveys to bonus ratio, since they started posting their own surveys instead of asking me to do it, but they usually have me send out a batch of bonuses every week or two. I know they're way behind though, I'm pretty sure I processed the beginning of April at the end of May. It's stupid, it shouldn't take this long, I'm not sure why it does.

    I've been pushing them to move to an actual "bonus" system instead of a "completion hit" system as well, I feel like that would be a lot better since it wouldn't require worker intervention, but they're hesitant to do it for some reason.
