It usually doesn't. It's almost all $0.01/second. But they don't check all the clips before uploading them.

Some have no audio or aren't in English. When that's the case you just label it as such and they pay you for it. Basically free money.

 

Oh, no, I was kinda sort of referring to the audio time in relation to the price. I didn't know they had audio that went to 9 minutes for $9.
