Hilariously underpaid. Did I finish 50%? 75%? No one actually knows because the survey game itself begins only once you finish the pregame survey which goes on for several LONG "1/1 page" very repetitive questions. If there are let's ay ten 1-out-of-1 page surveys why not call them 1-out-of-10 page survey? I'll tell you why. Because any sane worker would nope out of this very quickly. This is called wage theft.

 

hi guise do you know after mturk goes down and gives that message when you submit a survey, then you check mturk on a different tab to see when mturk comes back up, then go back to the tab with the survey (site is down message for now).

are we supposed to click the back button in the browser to submit the hit, or the refresh button to submit it? I know one submits it and the other permanently makes it so you can't turn it in unless you do the hit all over again.

I tried the back button and it seemed to work. this was a problem every once in a long time in the past, years ago. iirc the back button on the browser was the right way to turn it in in the past when stuff like that would happen.

 

I always hit the Reload Page button. It asks something about if I want to do this...and I say yes. Then it goes through. I haven't had any problem with submissions done that way...and there have been many.

 

I do the same, and then I check my queue to make sure the hit has been submitted.
