It's great.

 

On Little Big Shots, Carson and Steve Harvey bond over their Southern roots. When Harvey asks Carson if he likes gravy, Carson says, “Gravy is my favorite beverage,” which has Harvey cracking up. “That’s when you know you’re country.”

 

It is really good. I live in a small town though and the only place that has it is a small food truck and they use shredded cheese instead of curd, I want to punch them.

So I bought a fryer and make my own.

 

where can we buy cheese curds in america? local grocery store perhaps?

 

maaaaybe if your grocery store has a fancy cheese section...or if there's a trader joe's around.

 

A decent grocer should have them. If you live in Wisconsin you can probably buy some on the street.
