    Oh boy. The house we were on the fence about because it we love it but it needs rennovation and the price was too high, just made us an offer a good bit below their original ask. Now we are seeing how fast we can get a contractor out to see how much it would cost to fill in the yard and make it more usable for the doggos and such. Soooo, everyone cross your fingers it's a reasonable cost cause that's the make or break point here.
