I sometimes like to subject myself to one of the worst possible experiences a person can have.

 

I may or may not have been experimenting with speed around that time in my life and stayed up for about 8 days straight getting myself to the top 10 in the world. Good times.

You can fix it by removing the 'required' attribute on the radio buttons.. but you risk the rejections if the req is curious how you managed to be the only one submitting them
